DubaiDev.NET User Group is the first official Microsoft™ .NET group in United Arab Emirates and Dubai City that will help developers acquire and develop skills associated with Microsoft™ technologies.

Developers have the opportunity to pool the thoughts, ideas and concerns with which they face every waking hour when developing a new application.

Our aim is to create an interactive community in which the developers and even management sectors can identify and realize the potential of any Microsoft™ .NET technologies and apply them for their business environment and use them successfully in their development.  DubaiDev.NET will challenge the NO-SHARE culture generally present where each and every one of us is concerned that sharing is a threat.  Our mission is to break this barrier; follow the “Sharing is Caring” motto; be in touch with all the developers and create a truly interactive .NET community.

Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2008, LINQ, AJAX.. etc are some of technologies that covered by the cmmunity in its meetings and taturials...

We will also dedicate our efforts towards students even by introducing the new Visual Studio Express tools that Microsoft™ recently launched.  We also aim to be of beneficial support to the university students here in U.A.E

JorDev.NET user group was founded by a group of enthusiastic Jordanian IT professionals.  The idea behind establishing such a group was to allow IT professionals in Jordan the chance to:

• Interact with the rest of the .NET development community in Jordan and exchange experiences, ideas and thoughts with them

• Take an in-depth look at the latest technologies and development methodologies through our periodical events and seminars

• Be the first to know and learn about the latest Microsoft .NET products and technologies

• Get developer support by asking questions on Jordev forum.

• Increase their visibility among the development community by publishing articles and contributing in JorDev’s events.

The mission of the Jordev .NET Users Group is to provide advanced, interesting information about Microsoft .NET technologies. We serve the need of developers in Jordan to receive the best .NET programming information, and fill their desire to be informed about developments of revolutionary importance as early as possible. Jordev increases the developer’s visibility to the other members, and will provide a great chance for the developer to contribute in increasing the visibility of .NET programming in Jordan. We serve the needs of programmers who are currently working with or interested in the .NET platform.
